I started Sparkling White Cleaning Services in 2015 providing domestic and commercial cleaning. My team of staff have always come from a caring background and go above and beyond for all our customers. From making them a cup of tea, cooking, shopping even building flat pack furniture and fitting key safes. We have found many of our customers need additional care support, so we have taken the next step to provide a complete home care service by opening Sparkling White Care Services in 2020, during lockdown.

I encourage all staff to spend time with the service users, getting to know their personal preferences, hobbies, type of personalities etc.
My team and I find the job extremely enjoyable and its great to see the impact we are making on peoples lives, helping them remain independent in their own homes.

We support clients from all backgrounds and no matter where they live. From being in their own home, to assisted living accommodation, to Nursing and care homes.

We work closely with the local authority in providing quality person centered care to ourservice users.

I have over 20 years experience in the care industry and have worked my way up through the ranks to completing my Level 5 Diploma and since becoming the Manager at Sparkling White Care Services. I work hard to ensure the team are well led and they provide quality, safe care in the clients homes and in Nursing / Residential homes. I ensure a robust interview is completed on all applicants and recruit in line with the companies visions and values. I also perform enhanced DBS checks on all staff and put them forward for their Diplomas in Health & Social Care. I make sure all service users have risk assessments in place in line with their care plans. In addition to my Level 5 Diploma I have up to date training including Safeguarding, MCA, Moving & Positioning, Medication, Infection Control, First Aid as well as many more.
